Is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey, as well as many Federal Courts. His clients include individuals, small businesses, and mortgage lenders.
A former President of the Richmond County Bar Association, he remains on its Board of Directors and has represented the Association as its delegate to the Network of Bar Leaders and the Association of the Bar in New York City.
A graduate of Touro Law School, he has been in private practice for over 20 years and is a member of the New York State Bar Association in addition to the Richmond County Bar Association.
Mr. Birch serves as an Arbitrator in the New York City Civil Court and a member of the American Red Cross Board of Directors.
